Mountain and meadow views, campfires, and wildlife on a 6-acre property. Centrally located to major attractions and less than a mile from Highway 16, offers the best of both worlds – easy access as well as peace and tranquility.

Terms and Conditions /Cancellation Policy
Our Standard Terms and Conditions for Payments and Cancellations are as follows:
50% deposit payment due upon receipt to hold reservation. Your balance is due 30 days prior to check-in date. Refunds for cancellations 30 or more days before your check-in date will be equal to the amount of your deposit less one night’s stay. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Aspen Acres will not be held responsible and will not issue a refund for any reservations that are cancelled, prevented, restricted or interfered with by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, earthquake, fire, flood, Act of God, hurricane, storms, wars, civil or military disturbances, environmental hazards, or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Aspen Acres. Travel Insurance can be a solution to help mitigate the risk for some of these issues. We recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance to cover the cost of your reservation (and any other expenses associated with your travels) in the event you need to cancel or encounter unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from completing your reservation.
